Is Your Home Over-Assessed by MPAC? We Can Help.
I would like to thank you for taking your time to come and visit our site. Though our site has been available for the last two years it is going through major updates in order to effect new legislation and to provide you with enhanced services. The services that you will be provided with will be threefold.

The first part of our website will allow you to review sales that we have been able to compile independent of the MPAC. This will give you a third party analysis of the sales in your neighbourhood provided the sales are available.

The next part of the program will allow you to compare information about your property specifically against the information that MPAC have on your property. This will allow you to correct details that are incorrect on the MPAC information sheet (such as incorrect building size, # of bedrooms, fireplaces, bathrooms, etc…),

The third portion of our website will allow you to write a narrative description as to why you feel your assessment is too high.

At this point the system is not fully functional and will not be fully functional until mid to the latter part of April. However, the deadline to file your Request for Reconsideration is March 31, 2009. It is a deadline that is quickly approaching. What we have done as interim measure is to open the site up to the general public and allow you to file a Request for Reconsideration in order to meet the Legislated deadline of March 31. We will continue to work at providing the additional features that this site will offer you and notify you once those features are in place. Again I expect all of these features to be in place no later than April 30. At that time the site will allow you to come back onto your file and to update information that can then be sent to MPAC to supplement the Request for Reconsideration that would have already been filed.

We will ask for your credit card information prior to you entering the site and completing the Request for Reconsideration. In the event we cannot provide a fully functional site to you by April 30 then you will have the option of obtaining a full refund for the fee paid.

If you have any questions or concerns please email us as soon as possible.

What Should I do Now?
